Terms & Conditions for Ambrosia Harvest Affiliate Marketing Program
Affiliate Program Details:
Commission Rate: Ambrosia Harvest offers a commission rate of 20% on all qualifying sales generated through affiliate links.
Getting Paid: Affiliates will receive payment monthly. However, payments for the current month will be disbursed approximately 60 days after the end of that month. For example, commissions earned in January will be paid out at the end of March.
Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.
General Guidlines For Affiliates: Affilates that work with Ambrosia Harvest are required to follow the follow general guidlines.
Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to those related to advertising, marketing, FDA regulatory compliance and privacy.
Ethical Promotion: Affiliates are expected to promote Ambrosia Harvest and its products in a truthful and ethical manner. Misleading or deceptive promotion tactics are strictly prohibited. It’s ethical to give credit where credit is due. If you are reposting content from a third-party source, always provide the original owner of the content credit with their name or a link back to their profile. This often happens with memes or online photos where the original owner of the content is not given credit. Always cite where you’ve obtained third-party content, facts, and images within your post. In marketing, the best way to sell to someone is to appeal to their emotions. This is an accepted practice in business, but we require that affiliates do not take it too far. We require affiliates to refrain entirely from writing anything to make any individual feel their safety or health is at risk if they don’t purchase from you. Similarly, do not use someone’s grief or phyisical conditions to strong-arm them into buying. It’s unethical to post something with the intent to instill unnecessary fear in the audience. In addition, inclusivity and diversity are another ethical consideration in social media as a whole. Ambrosia Harvest expects your language and imagery to be inclusive. Finally, Ambrosia Harvest requires that all affiliates agree to refrain from spreading any misinformation about Ambrosia Harvest products, process and general business operations. Before any claim or fact is made by an affiliate, we request that the affiliate find an original, ethical, and reputable source for your information. If an affiliate is caught spreading misinformation, intentionally or is showcasing negligence, the affilate waives thier right to be included in this program and their affiliate relationship may be terminated immediately without notice. Affiliate may potentially face legal action in the most extreme cases.
Brand Representation: Affiliates should accurately represent Ambrosia Harvest and its products in their promotional materials. Any use of our brand assets, logos, or trademarks must comply with our brand guidelines.
Content Quality: Affiliates are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content they create or share related to Ambrosia Harvest. Content should be original, relevant, and aligned with our brand values.
Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Ambrosia Harvest in accordance with applicable regulations. This includes disclosing affiliate links and any compensation received for promotional activities. To meet the Ambrosia Harvest Affiliate Program requirements, you must (1) include a legally compliant disclosure with your links and (2) identify yourself on your Site as an Ambrosia Harvest Affiliate (or Associate) with the language required by the "Ambrosia Harvest Affiliate Operating Agreement."
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation or integrity of Ambrosia Harvest. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, hacking, or engaging in illegal or unethical behavior.
Amazon: Under no circumstances is an affiliate allowed to sell Ambrosia Harvest products through an Amazon store. Any Ambrosia Harvest products found on Amazon will result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and may result in legal action.
Termination: Ambrosia Harvest reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or any other actions deemed detrimental to the interests of Ambrosia Harvest.
By participating in the Ambrosia Harvest affiliate program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or requirements provided by Ambrosia Harvest. Ambrosia Harvest reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of affiliates to regularly review these terms for any changes.
Affiliate Operating Agreement Disclosure:
By participating in the Ambrosia Harvest Affiliate Program, all affiliates are required to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the official "Ambrosia Harvest Affiliate Operating Agreement." The operating agreement governs the relationship between Ambrosia Harvest and its affiliates, establishing the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties. Affiliates are obligated to review and agree to the terms of the operating agreement before engaging in any promotional activities on behalf of Ambrosia Harvest. Failure to comply with the terms of the operating agreement may result in the termination of the affiliate relationship. Ambrosia Harvest reserves the right to update or modify the operating agreement as needed, and it is the responsibility of affiliates to regularly review the agreement for any changes. The operating agreement serves to ensure a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial partnership between Ambrosia Harvest and its affiliates.
